Pilates

Yoga and pilates will gently transform your body. When you practice yoga and pilates regularly, you can expect increased flexibility, improved posture, better core strength, more muscle tone and an all-round sense of well-being.

Yoga classes are mixed ability while pilates classes are separated into experience levels.


Yoga


Hannah Lovegrove Hatha yoga has been practiced for thousands of years. It was originally developed with the intention of purifying the physical body to aid the purification of the mind.

Pilates


Katy Maddocks Pilates was developed about sixty years ago by a man called Joseph Pilates.

Since then, Pilates has been used by dancers (and more recently celebrities) to tone and condition muscles, build core strength (tight tummies!) and better posture. Read more about the Pilates.

£850 Shared room 7 nights.

£1,200 Private room 7 nights.

£1,600 Shared room 14 nights.

£2,300 Private room 14 nights.

This includes all meals, one free massage or beauty treatment and four hours of yoga and pilates classes a day.

Deposit

A 20% deposit (£320) is taken when you make your reservation to hold your place until Febuary 2012 when the full payment is made.

Deposits are refundable upon cancellation until the end of 2011.
